How our program works
Jolet Wax LLC offers local fundraising groups the opportunity to sell luxury handmade candles made locally in Gilbert Arizona. The organization keeps $6 for each Candle and spoonable wax sold, no minimums and sales tax is included in the price.
Once the agreement form is signed and returned, Jolet Wax LLC will provide order forms with photos and scent descriptions plus samples of all ten scents.
Participants are asked to collect money due at the time the order is placed. Personal checks are to be made out to the person in charge of the fundraiser. Most fundraisers last two or three weeks.
Tally up the total dollar amount for all your individual Candle orders minus the $6 per candle / spoonable wax and pay by check or debit card. Once payment is received allow two weeks for the order to be fulfilled.
Currently we only offer fundraiser candles to organizations in and around Gilbert Arizona due to the cost of shipping. Therefore your organization will be required to pick up your candle order when ready.
